After the going's on last week with car147 and beedee receiving an inferior product to what they had paid for (only using this as an example, not stirring the brown stuff as they have resolved the situation). I decided to take advantage of the vendors discount day on Sunday to buy an esquare DNA40 from evolution vaping. Got the dreaded red card yesterday, so collected the parcel today. Low and behold on opening the package, I found this inside. Talk about being dissapointed. I e-mailed said vendor to let them know they had made a mistake. Now this is the interesting bit. No need to worry about waiting an hour, a day, a week, or a month for a reply, no no no, a whole 7 minutes from sending the e-mail the phone was ringing to ask if I could return the product ASAP. We'll see how long it takes for them to refund the return postage when they get it back. Amazing the speed things move at when the shoe is on the other foot. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

This mod does everything you get from the esquare and more apart from 18650.. I bet if glen got sent this instead of the esquare he'd have been over the moon

It"s on the way back to the vendor glenYour doing the right thing, we wouldn't be happy if it was the other way round That would depend though, if he got sent 2 and ordered one, yes I would and have in the past and had a pretty good gift voucher for being honest but the wrong product and it's only say £20 more expensive rrp so they wouldn't have lost much even telling striker too keep it, it going to cost them nearly £15 postage all together too get striker what he ordered.. If I was the owner I'd say if you'd like too keep it then do so for being honest and have a nice word with my staff about being more careful in the future.. But that's just me
