Maybe some of these for the cake part - Marshmallow, vanilla custard, vanilla bean ice cream, meringue, yellow cake, cheesecake GC, sugar cookie?
Then just find a coconut and lemon conc ?

CAP Italian Lemon Sicily 4%
CAP Vanilla Custard v1 3%
CAP Yellow Cake 2%
TPA Coconut Extra 2%
CAP French Vanilla 2%
CAP Sugar Cookie 2%
CAP Graham Cracker 1%
TPA Dairy Milk 1%
CAP Sweet Cream 1%

I'd go with TPA vanilla cupcake for the cake part maybe at 8%?? Agree with kreed on the lemon, coconut and VC add a about 2% Bavarian cream and you should have a tasty recipe on your hands, oh and touch of sweetener:) |

Sounds pretty good kreed , I'd replace the graham cracker with cheesecake graham cracker too make it a but sweeter and personally would think that meringue would go perfect with the lemon.. Might even try this myself although I'm not sure about a coconut vape.. Maybe a lemon meringue cake/tart  mmmm |

I posted my recipe for Coconut Cream Pie earlier this week @yinyang... that might be a good starting point and sub some of the coconut for lemon and the cinnamon churro for FW yellow cake/CAP Vanilla Cupcake
INA - Coconut 5.00%
CHC - Devon Cream 2.00%
CAP - Sweet Cream 3.00%
TFA - Vanilla Swirl 2.00%
