Just a short note to say thanks for the excellent service recieved, there was a slight mix up with NiFe 30 wire I had ordered, I emailed Rob with a description of the issue and pics.

Shortly later I recieved an email advising they had resent the order, at their expense, and despite me offering to meet at least some of the cost , Rob would not hear of it.

Cracking customer service Imo!

I have had nothing but a great service from them but it's nice to know when mistakes happen and they do they're contactable and sort it quickly.

Agreed m8, Companies that operate as well as Stealthvape deserve to do well, I was not even looking for replacement as it was a very minor mistake with the barcoding which resulted in a couple of spools being the wrong length to what was ordered. Before I even had the reply to me advising them of the mistake the very next email a few minutes later advised of the items being resent.

Another excellent transaction with Stealthvape, ordered 2 reels of 316L and 1x Kanthal A1 yesterday. just popped through the letterbox a few minutes ago.
