This is recipe I've used in the past, slightly tweaked from the one in our Collection as I found a straight Banana a bit overpowering at the suggested percentage: Capella VC V1 - 12% Capella Banana - 7% TPA Bavarian Cream - 2% TPA Dulce de Leche - 1% Lovely after a steep . . . could be worth experimenting/subbing with Capella's/TPA Sweet Cream also. I've just ordered some Capella VC and some TPA Bavarian cream from chefs vapours. I was planning on trying out that recipe but with CCW White Chocolate instead of banana. I've not made any custard since I first started mixing thought I'd give it another shot as I'm getting a little bored with RA, time for a change.

Let us know how it goes redz . . . . I must confess to not having tried a White Chocolate, it's a flavour I've just not got round to.

Let us know how it goes redz . . . . I must confess to not having tried a White Chocolate, it's a flavour I've just not got round to. Trying it out now. It's quite nice, not an ADV but a nice change. I kept to the same recipe as on the site but with white chocolate in place of banana. The white chocolate flavour does come through quite strongly with an after taste of custard, I was expecting it to be the other way around. All in all I'm happy with it and will be making it again. I'll be trying out the coconut variation tomorrow, I hope that turns out well too.
