Decent tank

Hi. I'm looking for a decent tank with a good throat hit and good flavour plenty of vapour. Currently using an aspire and an I clear tank.

the foggers (clones) im selling are both good flavour attys as is the kayfun V4 (clones)
not mentioned in the ad - i also have the kayfun V4 sub ohm upgrade kit which i will include in the sale (if i sell em) its an upgraded peek insulator for the deck..

If you prefer new.. well my tank of choice atm is the smock TFV4, fantastic flavour and can take some serious watts to create clouds ..

im sure you know but its the VG content of the juice that creates the clouds/visible vapour and its the PG content that gives you the throat hit.. so choose juice ratios that suit what your after

What style of tank?

Rebuildable? One that takes stock coils?

Air flow for lung hits or just mouth to lung?

Throat hit will be more down to PG/VG ratio and nic content. VG is what makes clouds and PG and nic is throat hit.

If you want massive clouds you need sub ohm which rules out high nic and high PG liquids so you sacrifice throat hit. If you want massive throat hit you can't really blow massive clouds.

What mods are you using, as this will make a difference to the resistance that the tanks can use. I still rate highly the Orchid V4 & V3 for rebuilds, the Smok TFV4 for replaceable heads if you can supply the watts as they need at least 45 - 50 Watts to get going, The iSub and iSub G are very good too. Kanger's Subtank Mini and Subtank Plus are also excellent.

Thanks for all the replies . I'm using a a 30w smok battery with my I clear. I'm not looking for rebuildables just stock coils. I'd like to try 50/50 vg pg but I like the throat hit . I don't know where I can get that juice at a decent price ? Or a decent tank to use

best tank ive had for flavor so far is the uwell crown sub tank but i dont think a 30w mod would be enough to get the full potential out of it. istick50 even struggled so i got the 100w as well.

next one would be the subtank mini and been used for past 7 months for my all day custard vape and still going strong. 20w gives plenty of clouds. i only use 3mg so 6mg would give a much better throat hit.

Was looking at them and changing my juice . I'm using 24mg strawberry.

Subtank Mini gets my vote too jaye12, uses either pre-made coils or RBA section.

Advisable to lower your nic to 12mg if you go for a sub tank, esspecially at higher wattages, otherwise you may find your throat/lungs feeliing like they've been ripped apart on 24mg nic juice

24mg ouch! i dont know if many subtanks will suite you then as its best at 3-6mg but if yu like a throat hit then you will certainly get one with 24mg. it will even blow your socks off

A lot of juice vendors offer different ratios.

It's just a question of seeing if your current vendor does and if not finding one that does a ratio to suit.

But 24mg in a subtank will blow your head off.

Are you after a lung hitting tank or mouth to lung?

Sub tank sounds good might buy a small bottle 12mg to try it. Change the pg ratio as well . I seem to get alot of try hits with the iclear.not sure of its just the juice or the tank ?

probably the tank.. my first vape attempt with ego/ce4s and an iclear proper?? atty failed with me returning to the stinkies pdq

grab a couple of the £1 LiQuid juices at different strengths to help you sus out the nic level that works for you with the subtank and subohm coils. www.onepoundeliquid.com/

i only rate their Lemon sherbert juice but taste is a subjective thing..  I do however like their prices

24mg/ml - 65(PG) / 35(VG) - strong throat hit / average vapour.

18mg/ml - 60(PG) / 40(VG) - good throat hit / good vapour.

10/12mg/ml - 50(PG) / 50(VG) - medium throat hit / excellent vapour.

6mg/ml - 45(PG) / 55(VG) - mild throat hit / excellent vapour.

0mg/ml - 40(PG) / 60(VG) - no throat hit / massive vapour.

24mg 80/20 pg/vg. And I might to that :-) buy a few to try . I still think it's the tank though
