The eleaf Lemo drop would be a good one. Same style of build deck as a kayfun but a better vape in my opinion. I loved my first one so much I bought another 2 Agreed. Mouth to lunch get its great. Big area to build coil in and easy to wick. Probably easiest deck I've ever used. And they are cheap as he'll from eleafworlduk direct now. I think £15 or so

Back again So I ordered the Kanger Subtank as I found it on sale at £20. I decided to just buy some coils rather than build, as I could get 50 for a couple of quid, it seemed a no brainer. The first issue Ive encountered is that the Kanger tank has two screws on the top (Tip Connector) and using both the Kanger screwdriver and my own Jewelers I cant get one of them off, its starting to chow and so Im inclined to just send the whole thing back. Now that Ive got the Kanger tank I can see the coils are much sturdier than the ones I got off ebay which were 32awg/1.8ohms, does anyone know the AWG of the official Kanger ones? IF anyone wants these ebay coils send me a pm and I will post them for free.

I've gone almost exclusively over to dripping, have loads of tanks, one that's a keeper is the Hurricane. Piece of cake to build and wick, flavour aint bad either.

The screws that secure the coil in the rba head? you should have a couple spares in the bits bags included, so get the chewed one out, tho it could be considered dead on arrival if bought from a retailer i might ask for a replacement/exchange rba? ??.. get Authentic kanger coils from fasttech.com or gearbest.com but avoid clone/copy coils imho. the two provided should last longer than the post from china coils for the rba head can be made with 0.4mm kanthal for circa 0.5 ohm easily with a bit of practice and there are lots of how to vids... and the off the shelf coil heads can be re-coiled and re-wicked too so dont throw old ones away.. again utubes and guides exist a good one in here tips n tricks section iirc..

Cheers phatfil, but its the screws at the top of the tank, next to the mouth piece, they rba needs the slimmer chimney that comes in the box, I cant swap it until I get the screw out, first one came out fine but th second one wouldnt budge Ive contacted Vapegear about a refund/return. I was looking for 1.8ohm coils and thought 28AWG was the best to get, but these ready made ones werent available in that guage, so I took the next one listed, doh!

As phatfil says the Kangertech subtanks don't have screws next to the Mouth Piece (drip-tip). Whatever you have it isn't a subtank. So yes a photo would settle our confusion.

I can only suggest you contact Kangertech support direct happyloman and question them as to the authenticity of the subtank in question. A preproduction model perhaps that's somehow got to you by mistake?

It was on sale, so maybe its one of these original ones. Thankyou again for helping Im not a vapemad type of person, just looking to cut costs where ever I can, you guys and gals are always so helpful, thanks again
