I mixed Rhubarb at 2% and have taste like paper glue. In mix with other flavours it overpower even at 1%.

Thanks for the test milos, i am glad its not just me who finds it horrid, i think your description of paper glue is spot on.
I have a sour cherry that has been steeping for about a month and it is still yuk.
