Need advice please. Wat way do you wick ur tanks? I can't usually get above 20 watts without getn dry or burnt hits. Not sure if it's too much jap cotton or too little. I know it's a learning curve. But can't seem to master it lol. I use 4mm dia kanthal 5 wraps either micro or spaced coil round 2.5 rod Any advice greatly appreciated...

I find wicking generally varies based on atty being used. Which a try are you having trouble with?

The uwell tends to require a lot of wick. What I personally did was cut the wick close to the coil. Them fluff it out. Then cut 2 squares of straight from muji pad and using juice stuck these to the fluffed out ends. When sticking chamber cap back on you will need to coax all that wick not but it does a perfect job for me.
With most rtas they have a ledge that you should cut the wick to fit on.
I tend to stick on the fat side and stick a large amount of cotton through coil. Used to use small out but found the Scottish wick approach is great so more is better
Edit paulo had same idea but was 30 secs quicker lol

with a subtank mk1 rba(no holes in the side)pancake wicking works well,mk2(holes in the side)build the rba up, feed the cotton throw the holes, trim as close to the rba as poss and then tuck the ends into the rba i also find sometimes that cotton balls work better but stretching out the jap cotton and then rolling it do seem to make a huge diff one of the best build vids i found as it seems to work for most rta
25 mins in is the wicking part
