my local b&m shop is www.evolutionvaping.co.uk/  they are a good bunch and knowledgable.  the service wether instore or online is very good and quick delivery.  they stock a good range of hardware and juice for all types of vaping.  there are many good vendors out there but i can only recommend ones i have used and trust.

batteries i use and can recommend are  lghe4, samsung 25r, sony vtc4.   be wary of fakes, there are many on the market and if its one piece of kit you shouldnt take a risk with its your batteries.
