Battery help please

I'm trying to make a NES control mod with a DNA 40 clone chip what I'm struggling with is finding a battery that will fit Google is sending me in circles, what is the next size down from 14500 ie the same size at AAA?

There are 18350 size i.e. 18 dia 350 length. Quite rare now but I think Creme de Vape still sell them. Not cheap.

afaik the next size down is the 18350 same diameter as a 18650 but about 1/2 the height..

It needs to be at least 16 A continuous discharge so a LiPo is probably the only option (the Evolv charger will charge them), I don't think 14500 will do it.
I used the search here for 1S (single cell) > 20C (continuous discharge) & up to 15 mm thick.
