I've seen posts on here about the Smok TFV4 being a thirsty atty which is one of the reasons ive never bought one (plus the fact the coils are $20+ for 5).....Well they've just released a new Micro TFV4.....how long will juice last in this I wonder ? I remember years ago you used to be able to buy little cigarettes (think they were called Park Lane or something like that) 2 puffs & they we're gone !...perhaps thats where they got the inspiration from !...lol

I can't deny they are thirsty beasts, but *touches wood* I'm yet to have a coil that has lasted less than a month, so they are worth the price.

I think it embassy No6 your thinking about ciggys about 1/2 the diameter of your usual offering..
as for the tfv4 mini.. im waiting for one so cant comment, the full sized atty is a bit more thirsty than most, but unless its vaped exclusively its not that bad needing a top up every couple of days or so.. the stock coils while expensive have already appeared on GB and FT sites with 50%+ discount, 5 x Ni200 and 5 x triple/quad coils have been on sale for well under a tenner, so its just a case of waiting for an offer.. And unlike many recent offering (Uwell Crown, Delta2) the RBA option is included in the atty bundle and not a ££ extra expense..

It seems to use new micro coil heads as theyre calling them plus comes with a larger glass tank and chimney adaptor. Also seems to be in a kit with a mod that looks suspiciously like the m80, maybe with a different board though and some new color scheme too www.smoktech.com/kit/micro-one-starter-kit

No.10 you're thinking of, Embassy's foray into the cheap & nasty market that got most of us hooked back in the 60s with the penny ciggy

I think those tiny Embassy fags were worse for our health and wallets. They were silly... I do remember them.

Thats interesting to know BrenD I'm struggling to get one of these kanger coils last longer than a few days ! @djs where did you manage to find just they atty ? Ive only managed to find it being sold with the mod ?! :/ (sorry djs, it wont let me tag you I get this every now & then on here ) It wasnt No6.....bobw1951's got it ... Park Drive ! I remember my grandad smoking them & a few other weird brands, they we're always half the size of what I'd consider normal sized ciggys & really strong ! & you couldnt buy them in the normal supermarkets, he had to get them from a tobacconist (they we're about half the size of standard size ciggys sold now) Would be interesting to know how long the coils last for you phatfil If theyre as good as what BrenD is saying it might be worth a punt on one, I do like that easy top fill & it looks like a nice atty ;-)...Just looked on FT & theres some copy coils on there for about $10-15 but no feedback saying if theyre any good or not (perhaps because FT changed the way they do their rebate points (I know I dont bother with it anymore)

fwiw markus the coil in my tfv4 (ni200-air) has been going for over 3 weeks, its had one soak/rinse before drying out at circa 140C on a tc mod when i changed juice flavour. the kanger Ni200 coil heads (old style horizontal coil) ive been using are standing up well too only 1 has died after use so far, 2 leaked straight out of the pack, but most have been in use a month or more, i dont vape anything 'bakery', custard, or tobacco, mainly fruit based juice, heisenburg, clara-T, and the £1 LiQuid Lemon sherbert are my ADV juices, though i have also been vaping thru 20ml of lady pink recently too.

phatfil how are you getting your kanger coils last that long ?....I struggle to get one last a few days & im vaping similar juices as you....nothing bakery, custard, or tobacco, atm im on red astaire waiting for a few fruit mixes to steep. Even the 0.15 Ni coils are turning black after a couple of days use (not impressed with TC at the moment, ive gone back to kanthal)

Perhaps my coils are also going black?? i have cataracts so seeing that sort of detail just isnt possible atm?? but i also rinse out the coils between juice flavours, and have 5 on the go at one time with different juice (one started to weep juice last night/this morning - red astaire). the kanthal coils i have wrapped myself and installed in rta's all go black iirc or at least dark.. i dont think thats a sure fire indicator of a dead coil? go by the juice flavour rather than the colour of the coil perhaps?
