Subtank mini rba head

Thank you I'll have a nose at the center pin (not a chance on me building anything lego's bad enough) as for the soldering it's an old iron so probably no I do have a torch tho I hate when things don't work and this time round with fasttech seems to have been a nightmare his istick broke in less than a week but in all honesty for the £14 I didn't expect much and not worth the bother of sending it back now this with the subtank I'm beginning to think I should give up on chinese stuff but the prices are too good sometimes.

You know I've searched all day for one and the only place I found (that I trust) was Ivapour and they are OOS thank you B Road Blaster

no problem violetblade i only knew they had them as i got a couple more base's of them for some of my subtanks

Ive bought plenty of V2 RBAs for the mini, these come with the correct insulators and work fine in clone and authentic Subtanks

Those are the ones I have on order Greg a pack of 4 but the mixed reviews are putting me off but if you say they are good then I might just wait and see what happens when they turn up they are on their way now anyways not like I can cancel them
Seems silly they would put the one with the white insulators in the pack yet sell the ones with the peek insulator separately.

I bought ten of the ones I linked and they are all fine

Incidentily are you sure the ones you have are white and not off clear as the clear where also NON funky tasting before they eventually brought out the beige Rev 3 ones.

glad you made me check but you'll see from the picture where my confusion came from don't think the bottom insulator would matter would it?

No I think your fine, the deck insulator you have is peek and is the important one where you get all the heat. Your lower insulator looks clear rather than white, it is confusing but the White ones are very White.

if you have the isticks then it should have the ego/510 adaptor,

so without the battery fitted, screw the ego/510 adaptor onto the tank and watch the center pin, if it moves to poke out then I know its not pretty but you can screw the tank onto the adaptor and then onto the battery, at least while your waiting for the new rba to arrive/

It's not the base not making contact with the mod it's the base of the rba head not making contact with the base of the subtank there is a 1-2 mm gap going to try the rba head again tomorrow and try pressing the center pin of the tank up a little more to see if it will make contact if not I might try Phatfils magnet's or let hubby loose with the soldering

ahh got ya, my bad I thought you were meaning the deck to the battery connector was stuck >,<
