Yes almost, if they are the same metal, the outer has much lower resistance and is much much longer than the inner so only consumes a tiny bit of the electricity.

The outer wire has more resistance? Maybe I'm confused like when some rate things out of 10 some say 1 and others ten both thinking there giving it the best score lol

By higher I mean more ohms? As in further away from zero resistance.

Yes I got that ares verse, the outer has much higher res, I did the maths on one once and IIRC the outer took less than 10% of the power.

not really 
the more surface aria you have then the more vapor and flavor you get but they do like higher wattage(shorter ramp up time)
diff gauge claptons give diff results,ones with 0.4 core,s or above are mainly for clouds but i like 0.2 core,s wrapped in 0.16 for mtl
fused claptons seem to cut the ramp up time(have 2x 0.2 wrapped in 0.16 in the ks at the moe and loving it for mtl)
