Yes almost, if they are the same metal, the outer has much lower higher resistance and is much much longer than the inner so only consumes a tiny bit of the electricity. |

More wires mean more for the electricity to flow through reducing resistance. But also increase ramp up time It's twisted 45 degrees Clapton wrapped in ribbon, ribbon wrapped perpendicular and clockwise, also known as feck nose till I cut and have a look........! |
