How on earth do I make my own juice??

There are two seperate calcs..One is to arrive at the strength and the other to work out the PG/VG percentage..

To make 20mg strength liquid from a 52mg strength base you need to dilute the base by 2.6 times..Means for every drop of 52 mg strength you add 2.6 drops of a mix of flavours and dilutant..To make it simpler you add 13 drops of dilutant to 5 drops of the base..Now those 13 drops can be plain PG, VG & flavouring..

Moving on to PG/VG percentage..It depends on the nic base..Some are PG based, some are VG based and some are PG/VG base..So you need to work out how what percentage PG/VG you would like and add to base accordingly..

If you want exact calcs, if you post what base you have and what strength and PG/VG ratio you would like to make I am sure the experienced mixology experts will guide you through it.

Aha cheers macca, it seems nic pg vg would be easier, the calculators don't ask wheather it's pg or vg based, same as the link karma posted.

I made a mix last night and I have now just realised I made a stuuuuppid error!!
I based the calculations in the calculator on my nic base being 30mg, only I stupidly picked out my 60mg base and used that! I was aiming for a 12mg final strength so I'm assuming I've actually made a 24mg final strength? How can I bring the nic down to 12mg which was what I originally intended? Should I just add more PG/VG, if so, how much?
I'm such a tool!!! This is what happens when you try to mix juices at 11 at night

Make an equal quantity of plain PG/VG and flavour with no nic....Add to your original mix and it'll become 12mg with the same ratio.
