As I am getting into mixing, Uncle Tony has suggested I get a dripper.
I have zero idea where to start, all I know is I want something simple and ideally use premade ni / ti / ss coils.
Any advice on a beginner / entry / idiot proof dripper?

I'm not an expert of drippers, but there are plenty of good clones around which will cost you less than a tenner. If you are happy to wait for delivery from the likes of Fasttech, then the prices drop even further. Some ideas for you to consider; these can all be single- or double-coiled depending on your wishes and experience: Velocity Plume VeilBuddha - this one is a larger diameter, but gives loads more room to work on the deck when building your coils. Hope this helps, I'm sure more experienced drippers than I will chip in soon too!

There are just so many around for less that £10 that you are spoilt for choice really!

I have a couple of Petri clones the holes are pretty small, you can just about squeeze some .5mm wire through them, there's also no airflow adjustment either, they are nice drippers though.

My favourite at the moment is the Velocity - the posts are on each side of the deck, and the screws are easily accessible with both coils in place. By far the easiest to build on IMHO.

I was trying to find a suitable one with just 2 posts - I wouldn't know what to do with 4 posts I currently build my kanger subtanks & lemo drops, and they (as you all know) only have 2 posts, so I know how to build with 2 posts, 4 posts would just confuse the hell out of me

The vortice clone is a nice little 2 post dripper with a single coil option

Thank you for all the replies, fast tech will be getting a visit. On a side note, cotton recommendations? Next I will be asking some one to build it for me!

Muji cotton is good. I've taken to using cotton bacon recently though, I feel it wicks better and gives better flavour

Thank you for all the replies, fast tech will be getting a visit. On a side note, cotton recommendations? Next I will be asking some one to build it for me! I just use Muji pads i honestly can't tell any difference in taste to all the fancy shmancy made for vapers brands, before that i was just using supermarket cotton balls, just make sure they're the untreated/unbleached kind. The only reason i use the pads now really is it's easier to judge the right amount to cut off. www.muji.eu/pages/online.asp?Sec=17&Sub=70&PID=7118
