Sigelie Mini

received my Sigelie mini on Friday plus two batteries, put it on charge and after about 4 hours of charging I tried it and NOTHING, connected the USB to it and plugged it in pressed the power button and it worked, surely after 4 hours of charging it should be ready or am I doing something wrong, I'm a bit thick with mechanical things these days,(my old brain), I did try both batteries only to have the same result. please, please advise me as two of my itaste mvp are starting to lose their charge a lot quicker although I can't complain, I have them about 15 months. thanks in advance for your help, JamesRD.

Does this mod have pass through charging? IE you can use it while it's on charge?
Only thing I can think of is the battery is being put in the wrong way around maybe?

i hesitate to ask but were the batteries in the right way round? i dont have the mod so cant offer specific advice,

an external battery charger might be a wise investment too?

jamesrd - might be a silly question, but have you checked that the mod is on with the 'five clicks' method? Sometimes mods will come on automatically when charged with USB, but require turning on via the power button when running on batteries. My Sigelei 75w certainly charges via USB, but I don't know about the Mini
I presume that absolutely nothing happens; no screen, no power to the 510, nothing, nada. If the batteries are fully charged and inserted the right way up, I think the only option is to contact the retailer.
Other than that, I'm stumped to be honest!

I want to apologise to everyone who tried to answer my problem as it's not only my old brain that needs seeing to it's also my eyes, I had another look at the batteries thinking are they duds when I discovered there was the thinnest of cellophane wrapped around them, I had just didn't see it previously, must get my eyes tested.  So once again a big SORRY, JamesRD
