On my paypal that number is the same as my order number on gearbest so I don't know sorry I wasn't much help then nottmlad hopefully you get it sorted.

i don't have any order numbers, I only have the numbers I just gave you from my PayPal receipt there is no order number there!

Then how about the ticket number, i will ask my colleague to deal with your issue priority

isabel22 it appears he checked out as a guest meaning no order number on his account, without that he couldn't open a ticket could he?
He doesn't have the email any longer from when he placed the order so again no order number available.
All he has is his Paypal transaction ID and number, your staff should be able to trace that on their system.
