I ordered an istick 60 as a Christmas present at the beginning of December and I've been on my account today and there's no order on there at all. Thinking it could be me I checked PayPal who paid them on 4/12 and no refund has been issued, I deleted the initial email confirming order having used them before and thinking I could trust them to sort it. Obviously now it's getting close to Christmas Day and according to my account there's no order at all but I accept there might be a reason for this I'm just not sure how to find out what it is. I can't seem to get a way to contact them on my phone so hoping for someone here to know the best/fastest way to resolve this issue. T I A.

If you give them your PP transaction number they should be able to find it on their end to show you paid.

I think you can check out as a guest using paypal with GB, i did that and lost record of an order myself, thankfully it did arrive..

I had a similar problem with my first order, turned out that I registered with my gmail account but the order picked it up from Paypal which uses the long version of googlemail, so I actually have 2 GB accounts, one I can see orders and the other tickets, but both using the same email. confused?? you will be

flavourtank shame her employers aren't and if i'm honest it seems like every couple of months Gearbest say they are having an overhaul to "improve" the service but it never seems to happen. At this point the "we're going to fix it" line is as broken as everything else.

nottmlad if you log into your PPal account there should be some details of the transaction you made. One of those will be a ref number isabel22 can use to track your guest (ghost) purchase.

Log into paypal look down the list on your summary page and look for your gearbest transaction click to open it then
