A wide-bore 510 drip tip with a built-in spit-back shield?

@yinyang your other option is to get an angled one and bore it out, although you would need a pillar drill and a reamer set to achieve a smooth finish, let me know if those anti spit back units are any good since I can't be bothered to buy a new reamer set just to bore out an angled one and see if its what I need

Not what the OP was after - but... the Footoon Aqua FX is the first SO tank i've had that was deigned to not give 'spit-back' - and really seems to work. Then you can use any Wide bore DT you like

Thanks for your input.

Thanks for your input. ok well on seeing your reply I decided to give this a try www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rainbow-Stainless-Steel-POM-Drip-Tip-for-510-Atomisers-/281879234105?hash=item41a14fc639:g:SrgAAOSwNphWZu2Dits double the height of the other one so maybe worth a punt, I noticed that the liquids I use tend to produce a lot of blobs and I hate them in my gob so I have been struggling with a narrow bore angled unit for the last few weeks (well when trying to sub ohm at least, they work perfectly for the mini nauti tanks)

I don't know if this will help you, I've been doing it with my tanks since I found it a while ago, I get the pipe screens from E/bay and I already had the punch, the video explains itself but you need the hole punch shown in the video, it's a single 6mm hole punch, got mine on E/bay for under £2.00, or you can get a set of hollow hole punches if you need bigger sizes, SpitbackMow,,,,

looking on ebay it seems a hole punch and a pack of pipe screens is about the same price as the drip tip so ordered one of each as well, i'll try out both methods and see if either option is better than the other

The thing I like about using the screens is I'm not stuck with just the one drip tip, I Just punch out a mini screen for each tank or whatever tip I use, the guy in the video says it might restrict the airflow a little, but to be honest I havn't noticed any difference except not getting spitback, if I'm carefull I can just about three mini screens out of one 20mm one, so 150 screens for 99p is good value,,

I already have a suitable 6mm hole punch so I only needed to spend 99p for 50 pipe screens! Thanks for a great tip

I received 3 or these little babies from FT yesterday, and it wasn't until I popped one on a mod that I realised that they have a spit shield in them! www.fasttech.com/p/3651307£1.07 - got to be worth a punt!

I hate the DTs with the mesh shields... true, they don't spit, but the juice and condensation tends to build up on the mesh and all of a sudden, you get a whole bloody gob full of juice!

I just pull mine off the tank every so often and dab them on a bit of kitchen towel to reduce the likelihood of it happening
