I was looking to order both the Joyetech Cuboid and Cubis from a UK vendor. I found MailOrderVapes. With little mention on the forum, I took a punt and what a punt it was.

I spoke to James at MailOrderVapes directly via Facebook to ask about a discount code. James offered one which you obtain from their Facebook page.

I placed my order. Within ten minutes both their website and Facebook page were updated, stating the Cuboid and Cubis were out of stock until Monday. I spoke to James again to confirm my purchase would still go through, he confirmed I had bought the last ones and that I would get a tracking number later that day.

Items arrived this morning, well packed. Sadly upon opening the factory sealed boxes I found some marks on the Cuboid. As the item was factory sealed, I presumed this was a QA issue at the factory. However I emailed James for advice on who to contact about a replacement.

Again another rapid response. James offered not only an apology (even though this wasn't his fault) but also a straight replacement or compensation. 

I can only applaud James and MailOrderVapes. The price, speed of delivery and communication is second to none. Its clear they take their business seriously and are willing to go that extra mile to satisfy their customers. If I ever need another mod or tank, I won't hesitate to order from them again.

Such a shame that they are breaking the law due to their website being non complient with legal online selling regulations

crumplypork it's one thing we are very strict about on here - we never give vendor status (unlike some other forums) to vendors that are non compliant with online selling regulations.

For starters  a vendor must show full contact details on their website, including full address, telephone number & email addie. Mail order Vapes have non of that info on their website.

Here is a link to what is required for any business selling online to legally conform to Consumer Contract Regulations that replaced Distance Selling Regulations in June 2013 -

Any vendor not complying to those regulations is breaking the law.

Thanks for the heads up! Will give James a message and see if he can work something out. Would be great to have them here as a vendor.

Thanks for the heads up Mike this will all change anyway when the new site goes up towards the end of the month or early Feb .

I'm still a fairly small vendor so I'm improving all the time.

I ordered a cuboid from James and it came quickly and well packaged.

I had a small concern so I sent him an email and he replied at half 8 this morning! (I sent the email at 8am) Really nice guy and quick to reply. I would order from MailOrderVapes again without hesitation!
