I have VTC4's, VTC5's and loads of 25r's. I have married 25r's for my VaporFlask, Hana One (Also have a single for the single 18650 mode) and Snowwolf 200w, and now a married trio for my RX200 (and another back-up trio for the DNA200 version if I get one). I use the VTC's in mech mods, and 25r's on my regulated mods generally.
They are all much of a muchness when it comes to battery life from my experience. So I am happy with the way I have separated them out.

In a regulated mod your safe using Samsung 30q's or the LG HG2 both at 3000 mah, might get you a bit more vape time. I use 30 Q's in an Evic Mini and an iPV D2 with no issues, they are a decent battery. I was going to go for the higher mAh batteries, but I read somewhere that a higher mAh doesnt always mean power for longer due to the mod's safety cut off & a lower mAh can sometimes provide power for slightly longer ? Or would that only apply to mech mods ? Thanks for all the replies & help so far peeps, learning alot more about batteries today thumb up

It is where the 25Rs & LG HEs really shine providing most of their capacity above 3.1 V. Lygte didn't have the 30Q, but the I used the closest they had. Even though the EFest below has >20% more capacity on paper it actually has >30% less that is usable for you mod under load, the 30Q & LG HG2 would be a bit better.
