Need new wireless speaker (s) for windows 10/puppy netbook

to be honest if its not holding charge its faulty I would email the supplier (if you got the one from amazon contact them via the my account /orders link to the product) if thye don't respond you can file a claim, most sellers know the kit their flogging will have a few duds and just mail you out a replacement or provide a refund.... if the device was overcharged the battery would of poped and the smell/smoke /bang would of alerted you to it immediately, chances are it was discharged too much and damaged the cell so its direct power only.

just tell them you opened the box plugged it in to charge and it refused only worked for 5 mins from the start (meaning its their storage that caused the problem not abuse by you)

it wont hurt to run it whilst connected ot the laptop's power port but I wouldn't run it via a mains charger.
