When you disconnect the 510 hold the wires on an atty to check the resistance reading to confirm its the 510.

Ive just removed the board checked all my connections put a direct wire from the negative of the battery to the earth/510 no change. Just put the positive 510 to the positive of an atty and the earth to the atty body all i am getting is "check attomiser" Ive changed the main post of the 510 i had a spare all i havent changed now is the main 510 body or has this chip shat itself

Just put the positive 510 to the positive of an atty and the earth to the atty body all i am getting is "check attomiser" Ive changed the main post of the 510 i had a spare all i havent changed now is the main 510 body or has this chip shat itself So you still have the batter y -ve connected to the board AND the -ve of the atty Forget the 510 for a minute, just carefully hold the +ve & -ve directly on the atty or a 1% resistor if you have any (Maplin have loads if u have one local) and see what the resistance reads to check the wiring to the board. You can partially check the 510 with an atty in it with an ohm metre.

Yes board all still connected i held the + & - from the board which are the + & - for the 510 connection to the centre pin of an atty and the neg to the atty body when i press the fire button no change just check attomiser shows on the screen. Sorry if im a bit essex i have a stinking cold

I was using the wires from the board to check the attomiser but no ohms showed up

This is how it is at the moment and the two lose wires are the ones i connected to an atty no ohms shown

I meant to take the 510 completely out of the circuit so you can narrow down where the problem lies, like this.
