Just a thought:

Can anyone knock up a couple of A4 sized LAMINATED signs that say something like:

"This Tent is for AAEC Members and their guests only"

Only last year we had a few non AAEC people come in and rifle through the pay it forward box.

I don't have a Laminator or I'd have done it. We had to scribble something on a couple of pieces of paper last year.

And cos I dithered about flooring, the carpet is grass green. If anyone is allergic to green, well .... tough really

£68 I think. Won't know for sure until I get my money back but I've got a list so know how much is owing etc.
I've jumped the gun on this cos I was getting in a bit of a state about securing the marquee. I'm relieved that bit is sorted. No panic about donations, still got until end of April and I know you guys are good as your word so kids will still have their ice creams on holibobs
