I sub-ohm and DLI exclusively now, and dropped from 10mg to 3mg with no ill-effects whatsoever. I have read that anything under 3mg and you no longer have a physical addiction to nicotine, but not sure how sub-ohming affects this!?
I use Subtanks, a Griffin (great tank with Claptons in!), Billow v2 and a TFV4 with triple coils, and run between 23w and 90w, depending on the tank (TFV4 needs the most power!).

Your only problem is what do do with your high strength juice that you will never use, so if you have loads of good quality 12mg juice, well either stay as you are and vape it, or sell it, cos you can't do both, well it's not illegal, but it's not going to happen, trust me.

True about the juice, obviously diluting the strength dilutes the taste? flavour as well, point to bear in mind, as to the real point of the post F1, feckin love it, shit's gonna happen, can't wait, **** sky.

I mean get zero nic of the same flavour if you can Bluefish then 10 ml of 12 mg + 10 ml of 0 mg = 20 ml 6 mg, I know you can do the maths.

Well gill2009 , any tine you have vaped on our tanks at meets, it's been at 0.5 ohms at 30W with 3mg liquid. But it has to be said that some tanks work better with higher or lower power at 0.5 ohms due to wicking and airflow. What tank you using?

Anyway, 'd say go to 3 or 6 mg and start around 30W and find what you like.

I've been sub ohming for a month now since purchasing an Innokin MVP pro 3 with the I sub tank and have been using up my 18mg juice with no problems with a 0.5 coil at 25 watts, I just remember not to inhale too deeply!
I've tried 11mg and 6 and they are very easy on the throat; I am aiming to be only on 6 mg within the next 3 months.

I can't believe the difference in taste and the amounts of vapour you can produce using these devices, time to order some high VG liquids and test out the smoke detectors

I went from 16-18mg juice and dropped mine to 3mg when I started using the 0.5Ohm coils and suits me just fine.
I did fill my tank with 18mg the first time and after a few draws felt like the first time I smoked!!!
I realized straight away what I had done so dropped the nic down to the 3mg I am on now.

I have PG and VG no Nic base liquids, so I mixed those 50/50, then used 1 part of my 16mg juice to 3 parts of my VPG then added some flavor (Basic mint for my all day) and brought it down to 3 - 3.5 mg.

Think anything over 5mg would spin my head round and round lol
