Worst film i sat thru at the cinema was Purple Rain the depressing semi autobiographical Prince Pic, while some of the music is timeless in the context of the film its Oh so Bad.. the fact you can rhyme the description of the suicide into the lyrics of the eponymous song all too easily made for some quite bad taste audience singalongs.. And to recover in the bar after we created the 'Purple Rain cocktail' a bottle of pills + blackcurrent topped up in a pint glass with Pernod.. the pavements were plastered with regurgitated purplerain in a fitting monument to poor lil prince or squigle..

of the films I've watched I would have put cloud atlas down at the bottom along with rain man, darkstar,titanic and Phase IV some of the others at least had random unexplained violence in them, but to be fair I've never watched an autobiographical film because that kind of thing just doesn't flick my switch /

there are probably more films that deserve to be in the bottom category but those are the ones that jump out as hot contenders for worst ever what makes it worse is all those viewing hours are time I will never get back ....

They say-

Yeah I saw that recently, mediocre at best. Going to be subjected to The Danish Girl when mrs and daughter get back from shopping

Saw the series first time round its errr very strange but even stranger is the way you end up watching more of it.
