I am very excited, means I got to look for some batteries now too but am not in any rush. I also like the look of the cuboid so may put that in the future list

Thank you GunJack are those ok even though I don't need too much power? I would only be pushing 11-12 watts lol

Thank you GunJack are those ok even though I don't need too much power? I would only be pushing 11-12 watts lol that's more than I use, I top out at 9.5watts They are very good batteries, high constant current discharge (if required, which you and I don't), reliable and good capacity - I usually get a couple of days vaping on one charge. If you search the forum you'll find many recommendations for them

Well I've just got the Cuboid and so far the batteries don't last twice as long as the Evic mini, with the same tank and coils at the same wattage. I have installed the latest firmware but battery life with two batteries is about the same as with a single 18650, so I'm a little puzzled!

Hi @mrsmac hope to see you at next meet.
I'll throw my pennyworth in here, like you tech dinosaur when it comes to vaping. But my observations are this, when Isticks came out were best thing since sliced bread, bought 2 20W, the first one lasted 10 months and I think still be going now unless you introduce idiot to it (ME) cross threaded it, second was a lemon, came from supplier very much under disscusion here, no names mentioned. So had to order another, 40W TC, it was useless but was replaced by supplier (FT), not had time to charge and test yet, but inbetween bought a 30W, all fine but 3 months later it's on last legs, wont hold charge and fire button going, I think Ileaf has lost the plot with these things, i'll certainly be looking around for a different replacement.
Regards
MP

I must admit mart166, I have had a class run of isticks if we forget about the 20w lol my 30's and 50's have been going for a year now but I am also increasingly acknowledging that they won't last forever and they do suffer from cut out ands intermittent firing (50w) so hence my hunt for the next best battery replaceable thing. I must admit I have been eyeing up the Evic mini since the last valuie meet and have finally pulled the plug on a couple, it's been ages since ive had a new you to play with! Thank you GunJack for the recommended batteries, I shall get some ordered. So once I get those Evic's I think I will also order some disposable type mods as well you can never have too many but at least I'll have a good foundation Oh and interesting read on the cuboid Glynned, I shall read into that.

I still think the Cloupor Mini is a cracking little device, especially if you don't need 30W+

Thanks guys, well I've just gone and ordered two Evic minis fingers crossed they will be shipped before the holiday Im sure you will enjoy them both too.. while i have a dna40 and a special expensive (for me) dna200 mod i also reach for the evic mini especially when popping out as its a small handy pocket sized job.. they stand up to a fair amount of dropping on concrete too ..
