Juice expiry date

I've just noticed that my bottle of snake oil has an expiration date.

Now, I had no idea juices had to be used within a certain time limit.
I store them pretty well, in a wooden box that is either closed or in a shady spot.

I guess my question is why the expiration date, and what happens if you vape the juice after it has "expired".

Afaik its always a good practice for ejuice manufacturers to give an expiry. This way they can rest assure no comeback when you say its gone off 3 years later and ask for a refund.

Lee, can any component of juice go off? I know nic can but anything else?

I'd imagine washburn2102 wants to avoid a stay in Treliske Hospital. 99.9% of people want to avoid that (alleged) pit.

As above, certain aspects of liquid have an expiry day that the liquid is set too. I believe its also a best before date as opposed to expiry so as long as you have kept it well stored, you should not have an issue if you are around said date.

Thanks guys - I've been vaping on the snake oil for about 6 months after it expired lol

No side effects that I know of, so a bit of a relief to be honest
