I know Isabel really does try to help, but I have to admit, I often think it would have been best if the The Poll had gone the other way

despite any problems ive had with them though they are a safer bet for shopping than some of the other Chinese vendors, stuff I ordered from some has taken more than 2 months to arrive and if you ask for the refund to go in store credit then they do offer you double to points on it as well so in effect give you back more spending power for future orders a lot faster than raising a case with PP, then again the stuff I order tends to be "i would like" rather than "i desperately need that" so whilst its annoying their stock accounting system is so poor if I compare them to online shopping at the supermarkets the hit/miss ratio isn't any worse and the refund time frame certainly isn't any slower when something goes wrong (in the last 5 years I've been double charged for my shopping 45 times and its taken at least 14 working days for them to refund the money and that's from all 7 of the delivery supermarkets and not including the number of times they over charge or fail to deliver stuff)

its a lot easier having someone to communicate with outside of the business especially when they arbitrarily close tickets and declare the job done without telling you what action they took (not a dig either every company does that to make its clean up rate look good its why they all get so many official recorded complaints---failure to communicate) and you need to find out if the answer was satisfactory or you need to take further action, for instance I had a similar problem with a certain online shop in the UK that I opened  a ticket with, I couldn't understand the coded answer they provided when the ticket was closed, I unsuccessfully tried to get that information off them over the phone and via email /new ticket, frustrated I opened a charge back case and it was my card issuer that informed me about an hour before the cryptic message had become clear they were not providing the refund because the order was resent via the slowest courier in history (9 days to deliver something 50 miles)

She has just said to me after I said to her but you are still selling them on your site, yes we have them in stock but we don't have enough stock, so basically what I think is happening is all us that order them in the flash sale won't get them but everyone that orders at the full price will.

Thankfully I had no issues with my ss serpent. Chose free delivery (paid for a tracking number) and they sent it British express. Arrived in 6 days

Really impressed with it. A little fiddly to get the coil in buy wicking is easy. Airflow is great and the flavour is very good. It was an absolute bargain at the flash sale price but it's well worth the normal price. I'm tempted to buy a second one
