I buy my Boge cartos from above, this weekend hit problem, last 2 packets both duff, order was last July so knew no chance of any refunds etc, but emailed them just to point out the problems so they maybe could trace batch of supplies, stated did not want refund, accept this as part of vaping.

Got imediate reply, offering me 2 free packs, I declined but said would be placing order this week so anything thrown in is of course appreciated.

Placed order 3pm yesterday, arrived home today 11 am laying on mat is parcel with order and two extra boxes.

This is great service, so many could learn from this, recomend them to everyone.
