How much is it gonna cost to start mixing my self?

I myself prefer buying high nic strenght bazas and dilute them to ~10mg (with flavor)..
But that's because of the finnish reculations about nic-product orders and some limitations that are not quite clear to us nor the customs -.-

Some Boots can be a bit sniffy about ordering PG Phoenix, I get mine from Ebay as do a lot of other vapers.
