How did you 2 get on with the vertical coil in the crown RBA I'm still enjoying mine with no issues at all, it's well worth getting it right. Hi minime I put a vertical coil in and to be honest found it a PITA to do I have fingers like sausages lol I've decided to do a horizontal coil in SS just waiting on the wire. But it was worth a try and thanks for the talk through.

Yes it's a bit fiddly but if you get it right honestly it's fantastic, I had given up on the crown RBA and it had been in the draw for weeks then I seen the vid and thought I'd give it a go and tbh I'm glad I did, I'm not known for having patience with things and tbh iv got very very bad eye sight but I stuck with it and I'm glad I did.

I love the crown and won't give up on it but like you will leave it be flick through utube and come back to it when I have more time, I'm a bit ocd and if its not right it could end up hitting the garden fence at speed lol.

Haha I'm well known for taking the old hammer to things when they don't do as there told, that reminds me there should be a kayfun at the top of my garden somewhere it's been there over a year now lol.

Yeah I heard and seen about this. Glad you're happy with it minime but think I'll stick with my griffins for now. I do have some crown tanks and around 20 packs of 0.5 coils in case I can't build when I get older

What I have found though is any wire I use is, my rolo dna200 occasionally goes a bit weird on the tc. I have to disconnect the one battery briefly then it resets. It happens on two I have from different vendors

It happens on two I have from different vendors yeah they all seem to do something dodgy when in tc mode, my evic mini will randomly change mode when not in power mode sometimes, the koopor plus will do lots of things randomly when its not in power mode, and the RX 200 will randomly jump from TC to memory mode (but as you say reset to normal when the single cell is removed) still they all work exactly the same as everyone else's do (if forum complaints are anything to go by) I really liked the NI200 tc mode but every time I make a coil I cant get it the build over 0.08 (probably shorting) after my initial success with building decent coils now nothing seems to work great ... I expect the problem is something simple I haven't noticed yet ...

I really don't like the black stuff nickel creates and even the Nife30 as it's 70% nickel. This 316L is great to work with and vaping lovely for me
