IMO, it's from HBO, then creators/producers include Mick Jagger & Martin Scorseser, I am not sure what channel UK, if any, it can be found on and probably only online only for most folks. imdb.com/title/tt3186130/ (don't be put off by Ray Romano he is very good in it and not the main character by any means).
