New Aspire Triton Mini

I've heard so much about the Aspire Naultilus on these forums that Shinyitus kicked in again last week and I ordered the new Aspire Triton Mini from myepack, reported by some to be the natural successor to the Nautilus.

What a little flavour machine this tank is, and for MTL'ers too (at last!). After my own recent successful experiments with home made twisted kanthal coils on the Subtank, I had high hopes for the new stock 1.8ohm clapton coils and they really do deliver. It drinks like a teen during a Friday night happy hour, but it repays you with full on flavour. It has top-fill, air control and juice control, all you would expect from the new breed of tanks.

Be warned, I have had some gurgling issues with it, but opening up the airhole and taking a few vapes then reducing it down again seems to clear this (I'll try playing with the juice flow control today to see if that helps). I am using some of my last vintage Manabush at 50/50 (I pray to the sun gods they release DIY concentrates for their juices one day otherwise this will be the last time I enjoy their great juices) so not sure if a thicker juice might also help prevent the gurgling. I'll try some of my usual DIY 70/30 today to test.

A stock coil didn't leak overnight either - hurrah! That said, I closed the juice flow control ;-)

Gurgling aside, I am so impressed with this little tank & 1.8ohm clapton coil that I expect I will be trying the new Aspire Triton 2 next week as well. I just hope we see RBA's for both of these soon, otherwise, even though it's great, I will only likely use them for business trips where rebuilding/maintenance on the Subtanks is not really an option.

Just thought I'd pass on my experience so far in case anyone was considering one.
