Help eVIC mini Kbox mini

Hi i have got both but  only used the  eVic mini   with a  NAUTILUS and  CROWN  so took  the   NAUTILUS and put it on the  KBOX mini and  it  is not working the same way the  evic is  why ??


set both from 10w to 15w  works fine on the  evic but hen on the KBOX its shuting off lacks any power erm  like it has TC but was not in TC mode  dont get it  was not good  vape at all  hmm

any ideas   thanks

no both brand new for each of them went from efest to samsungs 25R`s for both and have some left for the two mods on the way

Hi sc00terx do you mean that when vaping with a kanthal wire coil in VW mode the power is cutting off as in a TC vape with the power set between 10-15w, and not just a weaker vape??

sometimes the production line soldering of the power components will fluctuate in quality which will effect how a mod will read and provide the power levels, so 10w on one mod may not vape quite the same as 10w on another, think of it as an about reading rather than a spot on one So if your getting a slightly weaker vape with one mod just up the power a bit more and see how that is.

However if cutting off the power?? check the coil is secured in the atty and that the +ve pin is making good contact in the mod, some attys let you screw out the +ve pin at the bottom..
and dbl check you are in vw mode not tc mode

The pins on the 510 of some Kangertech mods seem to be lower than on other makes, so you may need to adjust the Bottom pin on the nautilus if it is adjustable to make a good connection.

starting from the point of view that vaping is personal choice then its up to you, whats your feeling on the matter ?

I just like the look of it when i got it was a spare of the moment buy so i guess i will keep it and it will show me not to buy a item with out looking into it first lol i think i will get some use from it time will tell

in fairness I have both of those things and I use the heat sinks on the rx200's the 30w isticks and the koopor plus mods (I got them from gearbest though) I got the ego/510 adaptors for free with the isticks and they do the same job funnily enough on the isticks for different tanks .... its up to you but I got them to save the mod 510 connectors from damage, when swapping tanks for refilling them (for the bottom fill kangers and nautilus ones) now my daily vape kit is top fill cruis/tfv4/crown (well this week it is) so I no longer have the same level of concern lol

taking a file to an ego adaptor and taking a mm or 2 off the top will allow you to screw a shallow 510 atty in a tad deeper which will in turn push the adaptors +ve pin down a bit further to make a good electrical contact for any fussy attys, it works a treat But Is pretty damn fugly..

your Kbox has a lot of capacity beyond the 10-15w you have currently tried it at.

as your lungs recover from smoking you may find your vaping deeper and longer and may want to use more power, and the mod then may vape well at higher watts?? but you wont know till you try it?
