Need to do the above, TV has the 3 connectors on the front for video/audio and a scart connection on the back.
What would be the best method to do this?

Looks like it should work giving a composite video and 2 sound channels out via the phono connectors, just follow the colours from the converter to the phono sockets on the TV. Note that it also needs power, the cable USB to Mini USB for power is included but you'll need a USB power supply.
