First off, the general consensus appears to be that the iSub coils last a long time. How long is long The other general opinion appears to be that the iSub G tank doesn't leak. Well, it does on mine. More specifically where the airflow is. I have a suspicion that it is leaking where the coil is. Maybe if I stick an extra O ring on top of the existing one, it'll push the coil firmly down and prevent leakages?

shez has been having similar issues . . . . this is the advice she was given doctorjellybean: Check your O rings, check its all together properly, sounds like it may be that air is getting in somewhere and ruining the vacuum Personally, other than one iffy coil head I've had no leakage issues with mine - using VG heavy eliquid. Between 2 iSubs on the go since last August - I've only used 8 heads n total, although I tend to use the clearer/not especially sweet flavours in them.

I`m having the same problem on both of my Isub tanks. Can anyone tell me where I can buy seal kits for them, or the sizes of the seals.

Yes mine leaks like a sieve out of air holes and maybe from the coil!

Almost all sub-ohm tanks leak out the airflow holes a bit for me.
How much is it leaking?

If I leave my tanks filled to full level, they will leak to empty if not in use. In use they leak from the AFC slots. Changed coils, no difference still leaks. Put at present into back of vaping stand.

I get 6-8 weeks from a head with mine. Never had even a weep from it either. Fantastic little tank. Mines not the g though it's the original plastic one

I have only had one isub g ( version 1) leak on me, straight out of the box. I stripped it down and it turned out that the cup-shaped seal that the spitback end of the coil head fits into had been buckled during factory assembly. I replaced it with a new one out of the spares kit and it has been leak free since. The cup shaped seal is in a different place on the version 2 isub g but should be regularly checked as they are easily buckled.

In the photo below it is the chimney seal shown with the version 2 isub g. In the version 1 isub g, it is the same seal but it fits directly into the chimney.
