That's not a very clear title (sorry) I mean.....what tools/things have you acquired that have other used thanks to vaping. Just been thinking about this ..... Last night I wanted to fix a punch in buckle to my summer Dr Martens. I googled it. Thanks to vaping I had the tools (pliers though really needed round nose ones) And the uses of cheap plastic shot glasses that we mixologists use for mixing? Currently I'm using a few for eye baths!!! Cheap and cheerful if the EU/UK/US dare tax us for these things I will not be happy... Because without vaping life would be costing me a lot more and not be as fun Jane

You can make a great garrote or rabbit snare with stainless steel and kanthal wire. its also good for cheese cutting or replacing the wire in the veg slicer, and twisted or Clapton wire makes a better wire saw than you can buy in most outdoor shops ......

Little blue screwdriver for tightening the screws on my specs. Sticky labels from my mixing kit for tagging the multitude of cables at the back of my TV. Coil building magnifier light for reading the small print that even my specs can't cope with. Multimeter for all other non-coil-building electrical jobs. Battery charger for all those AAA and AA rechargeable batteries around the house.

I'm the other way round, most of my handy vaping tools have come from my other hobby, repairing clocks and watches, when they not quite accurate enough for that they make great vaping tools, bet I got some of the most expensive tweezers out of anyone on here lol.
