Well as I've been mixing for around a year now I'm getting quite a few different concentrates building up. Would I be better off putting them in tupperware and in the fridge? I really don't want anything yummy going off. So how do you keep yours?

I started off keeping mine just in the fridge - to keep them tidy as much as anything . . . . however, since the collection has accumulated, they've now also taken over a kitchen cupboard. Cool dark place ideally is good enough jtc .

Personally I keep mine in a Tupperware box in a cool dark cupboard. No problems yet.
Will be coming back to this thread just in case this isn't right.

I have a separate beer fridge so I could utilise that as I don't drink much these days. I'm thinking as long as moisture can't get in due to tupperware then it should help keep them fresh. I do keep them in a dark cupboard at the moment but for summer I'm slightly worried

I do keep them in a dark cupboard at the moment but for summer I'm slightly worried I wouldn't be, unless the cupboard takes direct sunlight . . . . I've bottles of concentrates that are a couple of years old and are still fine stored in this way.

Hmmm interesting It seems it wouldn't hurt to do what I'm thinking but after reading that I'm concerned about the length of time I keep them. That text said a few months! Gawd I've just bought enough for 2 years so now what do I do?

If you're really that bothered, decant into Amber glass bottles and store them in the fridge or freezer jtc, I've done that with some of my stockpile of VC from our Group Buys.

Mine are in a big kitchen cupboard, no chance of the fridge or freezer space for them, freezer is already home to many bottles of nicotine and fridge simply isn't big enough so they will stay in the cupboard, no change to them in over a year so far that I've noticed.

Mine are just in a large plastic sealed tub in the back of a dark cupboard
