Oh some of you are fussy! I'm on mental countdown to Wednesday, my mini holiday consists of 3x trains changes to East Sussex and a camp bed at my friend Jane's. We are planning meals out for 5 days and lots of slobbing out in pj's (and boozy evenings watching TV) I cant wait!!

No cleaning, tidying, cooking, dusting, washing, ironing or organising my brood ( dog/man/half grown kids) I even refuse to phone home, its casual occasional texts only. I go from inner city to 'back end of nowhere' at least a mile from nearest church/pub/shop and 8 miles to next town. Fabulous!

I've got brunches, lunches, cream teas and afternoon snacks and full english breakfasts booked and planned (as you may have gathered I like eating!) with endless pots of tea and freshly brewed coffee and cheese and cracker snacks in between.

It'll probably lash down with rain the entire week and I don't care, she's surrounded by woodland and fields of horses and there's pheasants and foxes and field mice and squirrels on the lawn and a pair of dacshund pups to cuddle the whole time AND no hassle

p.s and I'll come home after a week to a complete shittery but least the family are happy to see me- and appreciate what I do, for about 3 days max.......

Pepperty That sounds so relaxing. I hope you enjoy every minute . I would particularly love the pups and the wildlife.
