5% sounds too high for FA Desertship... it's very concentrated. I'd try again/diluting down to around 2% minime From a quick search, the range typically used seems to be 1%-3% [ETA] - (One person who uses it at 1.7% comments " it is so concentrated that becomes unvapeable at 3%" )

If you make up 45ml of flavourless at the same nic strength and add it to your 30ml of 5%flavour e-liquid you'll end up with 75ml of 2%flavour e-liquid. Or make up a few smaller bottles with different strengths? Remember too that tobacco's need a decent steep. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Here's a spreadsheet for future reference that gives recommended percentages of concentrates: here Although individual tastes vary it's a good starting point

I'll knock mine down to 3.5% and see how it goes - I can always tweak it later either up or down

Haha not just me that went a bit mad then lol mind I find with the other f'arts iv had I'm at between 5 and 10% There's a difference between FA standard (fruits and the like) flavour concentrates (which will take 5%, 10%, 15%+) and their tobacco's .... their tobacco concentrates are especially concentrated! Most of which only require a couple of percent for best results. (I'm not a tobacco vaper myself, but have picked this info up over the years)
