We'll all be offered gift points towards our next purchase! But let's not preempt nonfulfillment until the 'sorry' emails start coming in I'm hoping (fingers crossed) that there is a slight chance that my posts on this thread, may make Gearbest think it would be best for them to honour the price, even if it was a mistake. BTW, I've not got any vested interest in this either way. I didn't place an order with them for the bargain priced Tesla - just checked to see what happened, price wise, when I placed one in my basket. They are right good gadgets ! Love mine. If these happen, its THE bargain !

I voted to keep them in last time, not again. Good idea, if they cancel our orders, vote them off from here TBH, the last poll results ended with a bit of a dilemma for me. It was only due to Isabel being so helpful sorting out the multitude of issues, that we put up the poll & went along with the results. However, the decision has never sat well with me - If Gearbest were a Uk Vendor, they would have got the boot a long time ago. I'm fairly certain that several Gearbest employees share Isabel's ID & that ID has broken forum rules on a few occasions, but again, due to the results of the poll, I & the forum moderators have withheld giving all 3 strikes. Which pretty much shows why you and the rest of the staff have so much respect on here And why you do such a good job running this place

isabel22I think most appreciate your apology and accept it, the frustration however is this isn't the first,second,third, fourth or even fifth such mistake. Apologies are nice but i think most would much more prefer that your company takes measures to ensure such mistakes don't happen. A perfect example of the lack of actually fixing things is your stock management. I ordered this item for example back in December last year. www.gearbest.com/temperature-control-mods/pp_286392.htmlIt was supposed to be delivered in January, turns out not in stock. I wait until February, still doesn't come into stock. I wait until March, still nothing. I spoke with you in PM about this and you apologised and explained that the factory were not going to be delivering these items to you now and sorted out a refund. But there it is still listed on your site for sale despite knowledge that the item isn't in stock and you aren't expecting the item to be stocked either. We have also had several occasions now where items have been incorrectly priced. Nobody here holds you personally responsible for this stuff you're just one employee but it's like your company is just happy to let this stuff continue to happen and offer a few points out when it does rather than ensuring these things don't happen in the first place. People would rather have a reliable service than an apology.

Hello Get Off My Cloud, Thanks for your sincerely words, its truth that some of items are presale and list on site before we got them And after the last issue, i also promised not to post items which are not in stock So you can see my post almost are promotion are hot sell items in stock Such issue happened make both you and us upset, because company need to improve a lot Many friends said that efun and fasttech seldom have such problems ,its the truth That's also because their major is ecig, but our ecig is one of the small part in Gearbest And we really need to be supported, so i am willing to share coupon with you here But i need to do a lot to avoid the issue happen Anyway, i want to say sorry for this though it makes no sense, what i can do is that to save your money So i want to do some compensate if you don't mind. I did purchase a Tesla Nano at the wonderful price of $10.82 +( points) last night.I woke up this morning and saw this was not happening my refund and points have been refunded email has just arrived confirming this. When is a bargain not a bargain.................................................................................when you think you've bought something from Gearbest ! isabel22, I have a question. Is it now the case when Gearbest advertise an item "flash sale" that we pay the advertised flash sale price, then wait for Gearbest to decide if the item is too cheap or the price is a "mistake". After all, with a flash sale, prices tend to be unusually cheap. How are we, the customers, expected to know the difference between a bargain and another Gearbest "mistake" ? Unfortunately, after the events, of which there have been many, you have to come on here and justify the total incompetence demonstrated by the company you represent. Unfair on you and on us. As Get Off My Cloud has stated, the website continues to advertise items you never had, never got and will not be getting any time in the future. Chrissie, by your own admission, the previous poll result didn't sit well with you. IMO the situation regarding Gearbest vendor status should be taken to the staff room for discussion and a decision taken without a poll. Staff decisions have been made in the past, for the good of the members here, I think the same should apply here.
