Not sure if it'd be your cup of tea, but Mom And Pop's Pchela's Famous Five Layers tastes a bit like a Galaxy Caramel to me at 12-14%. Needs at least a week, but I love it, it's worth the wait I like the sound of this, something for the next Chef's order methinks. Not for me.
