I was lucky in a sense - that vaping 6 years ago wasn't good - but was really basic too!
All i wanted was something that was as close to plug and play as possible - and some juice that would be good enough to keep me off tobacco.
With that in mind - something like the eGo AIO - maybe 2 to be on the safe side (just in case - forgetting to charge batteries and buy spares is a common newbie issue) would be have been excellent - in fact i might get one myself as a going out/emergency back up/when travelling mod.

Welcome. You made a wise move to ask about this, as most of the high street stuff is dreadful and the online market is an absolute jungle of rip-off merchants. Nearly all the big names in e-cigs (those that bribe google to put them top and deal in fake reviews) are dodgy. You might get a good one, but purely on 'rolling the dice' you might well get taken to the cleaners ££. Today... I am recommending.... drum roll..... Innokin Endura T18 or T22 (for a mouth to lung inhale, like a ciggy) or A Kanger mod and tank kit (lots to choose from) for something with more oomph. OR, you could just go with the common recommendation of an iStick 30w and Mini Nautilus. Unless you buy a low power unit or a mega-power 'mod', I would suggest 12mg.

A very warm and hearty AAE-C marthamoo to the friendliest forum on the net. As you can see there is an umpteen lifetimes worth of vaping experience on here and we will ensure you get started with good quality gear at a sensible price.

Hi and welcome marthamoo to a very friendly and helpful forum. The advice I was given by the guys and gals here helped me get off the stinkies back in September last year and I haven't craved for a stinky since. I started with the nautilus mini and istick 50w and 18mg juice after a month a bought the isub G which I used on the istick (Still using it now) as I wanted to try sub ohming and drop my nicotine to 6mg. I tried to give up a few years ago with the ciggie like things they sell in supermarkets but failed didn't even last a day. All I can say is with the right kit you can kick the stinkies.

you have plenty of ideas given, perhaps look into a couple more deeply and come back with any questions.

I would go for something a bit simpler than a device with a seperate tank and batteries so would go for either the : Joyetech Aio kit or the Eleaft iStick basic both linked to above. Both great devices to get you started.

Hello & welcome to the forum, marthamoo. Whatever set up you go for, don't forget back ups & good luck with getting off the cigs. Which, once you do get started vaping, won't take long.
