really. just had a look and you could well be right as NRG is not on there any more.

so as they are also banning menthol cigs why are they not banning menthol juice then.

iirc they are banning menthol flavours and plans are in the pipeline (Apr 2016 EU amendment to tpd) to ban most sweet flavours for e-juice as well as to specify the exact size /shape of refill containers and to produce a tech standard for tank refill mechanisms or cartridge based systems....

loads of stuff that's on the market this year will be gone in 12 months as the APR 2016 release is a 12 mth mandatory document not a new legislation document  so there will be zero delays or opt outs from it available either .... lets hope we vote out as a country especially since its now evident from several studies (3 yr /2yr/1yr/6mth/3mth duration type) that are being refused publication in many scientific journals are showing the evidence far from harming various lung conditions vaping actually improves helath and minimises severity of chest infection and reverses harms caused by pollution &/ smoking (but the antz are blocking their publication, and have had several former studies about pg /vg use in inhaled medical products redacted from publications in some cases produced several decades ago so they cane be checked via search systems....) apparently the science about slightly warming pg with a flavour as a vapour delivery system to aid uptake has been known and fully understood for more than 40 years, but has been phased out in most places due to running costs.....
