I know making my own is the way forward, but due to an illness that I have, I have very little use in my right hand.....

And yes i'm prominantly right handed, so even using a syringe is very difficult and frustrating

I think you could probably manage to mix 'one shots' blends using a measuring cylinder or a cup/tube? Its a fairly one handed maneuver and most blends are around 20% concentrate - a fifth - so you can almost mix by eye Dave

I'm wondering if its a possibility to buy a ready prepped nicotine base a few mls higher nicotine strength than you like (allowing for diluting with 20% flavouring) and decant the pair into a larger bottle and steep and vape.Obviously its not the cheapest option but its a hell of a lot cheaper than paying £15 for 30ml!! you can probably make yourself 100ml doing it.

you could try mixing by weight.
all you would have to do is decant vg, pg and nic base into some squeezable bottles.
then you just add drops into an empty bottle until the desired weight is achieved.
