Rubber band over the end of your Allen key and jam it in.

If it has a head you can get to pliers on that, or cut a grove in the head and use a flat head screw driver. If it's a grub screw try a torx bit, heating the part is in, if it is not tight sometimes they loosen in an ultrasonic.

Might be the gentle small drill procedure..till the screw head is off.

aaront903get a mini thread extractor set that goes down to 0.5mm, line the drill up on the centre of the problem bolt and drill in about 1mm depth then use the thread extractor to unscrew it, something along the lines of this should fit the bill, the smallest one would in theory be able to bite into the 0.5mm hole and then unscrew the damaged head, or if you have the thread extractor but not the drill bit slot it into a rathet screwdriver and flick the ratchet to reverse to screw it into the screw head, as it screws into the head it unscrews the bolt in question your only other option is to use a vice + drill and drill out the damaged bolt but that's a more delicate and potentially damaging operation particularly if the drill doesn't go in perfectly and you end up needing a helicoil kit to repair the damaged thread .... no idea if it will work but its a long shot without seeing the problem and having the tools to hand /

Just so you guys know the screws in the top of a flask are torx not allen. If you try and get them out with an allen key you will basically bu@@er them up.
