This is not a review its a massive  to them.
I had ordered a LOAD of concentrates from them as per normal   and expected them to arrive today, so as soon as i got 
home i looked in the normal postie leaving place and yep there is a few parcels for me 
So starts ripping them open as you do and yep there is my concentrate so a happy bunny then opened the next parcel and 
thought WTF it was the same all my concentrates  again.
So give them a bell and explained that somehow they had sent my order twice, they could not have been more helpful and the 
upshot is i was told to keep them   as a freebie.
Now thats what i call customer service ok yes it was there mistake but even so i was not expecting that from them.
First class service from them as per normal.

They are a cracking vendor, I have used them for just over a year for most of my concentrates and their service is spot on.

TBH i do use them all the time as my go to vendor so they have had a lot of my cash but most would ask for you to send them back.
its not like it was a couple of odd bottles it was a fair chunk of change as i had ordered a lot of different ones to normal for the new ranges they are now doing.

My local b&m Russ 5 mins drive from me, I'm quite well known to them and yes there fantastic people and a % of there profits go to are local hospice.
