I don't blame PN at all, this was a BTOR problem, and one of their engineers (not a Kelly one) that had messed up my line, the engineers today took nearly an hour to sort out the mess he had created. I'm going to try and find out who to contact high up in BTOR so that I can make a complaint, they should be able to trace who signed out the van last week as I have the reg number and photographic evidence.

Good to see you back here (proper like) Bob I didn't want to mention it before, but it took BT 40 days to transfer my phone and get me back on line when I moved 2mls a few years back!
